Facial Toner Oily Skin
Vodka--1oz
Witch Hazel--3 oz
Grapefruit--10 drops
Tea Tree--5 drops
Cypress--5 drops
Add all ingredients to a 4 oz bottle and shake to mix all ingredients.
Be careful when adding the essential oils. Shake the toner well before
each use.
