Light Hand Cream
This is a light cream to use on hands or face.
Emulsifying Wax--1 oz
Cocoa Butter--1/2 oz
Carrier Oil--3 tsp
Glycerin--1 tsp
Rose Water--12 oz (or purified water with a teaspoon of vitamin C powder
stirred in for preservative)
Warm rose water and glycerin.
Melt wax and cocoa butter in a double boiler. Take off heat and add
water and glycerin. Beat until thick. If using a beater, you may have to
finish up by hand.
